When I went to the restaurant in Japan. This was one of the relish. It was used leaf of lotus! Of course this dish was cooked resembling lotus. We can enjoy japanese dishes not only by taste but also by eyes!

This looks so delicious! One of my favorite foods while living in Hong Kong was the fresh SUSHI! I also really liked shrimp tempura. What is your favorite Japanese food?
