It was so fantastic!! When I visited Yamanashi in Japan, I went up the small mountain, ” Tenjo-san”. Many hydrangeas were coming out there and I could also see Mt. Fuji over there in the fog&cloud!

I ate Czech dish for the first time in Florence – st the cooking workshop ‘Saperi e Sapori’. This yellow pan, named KNEDLIKY in Czech, was so tender and it was so delicious to eat with sauce.

It comes Christmas season! We can see Christmas trees throughout Italy. In a bar in Via del Giglio in Florence there is one decorated with paper crafts from Czech Republic. It’s so cute! It’s like “Origami” in Japan but it’s different. I want to learn how to make this ornament.

At the cooking workshop ‘Saperi and Sapori’ in Florence,Italy, there was the carving food art. It was made out of vegetables or fruits by Hungarian artists. These white roses were also carved arts. It’s marvelous!

There are so many beautiful statues, monuments and so on. I’d never seen the graveyard like this not only in Japan but also in other countries before I visited here!! It’s of course sacred place, and we can say also it’s a outdoor museum.
