I ate Czech dish for the first time in Florence – st the cooking workshop ‘Saperi e Sapori’. This yellow pan, named KNEDLIKY in Czech, was so tender and it was so delicious to eat with sauce.

Yes! It is so tasty! It is simmiler to “Gnocchi”.

How did this dish compare to other European food you’ve tried? I agree this looks very delicious.

It was more sweet than the other dishes I ate in other countries because it was eaten the meet with creams and berries and sweet sauces. I think it was like dessert.
